You may lodge a return request within 7 days of receiving your parcel. All returns must be in original condition — unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free from stains or perfume, and with all tags and packaging attached. Only regular-priced items are eligible for return.
If your return is approved, you may choose to exchange your item (top-up allowed) or receive store credit valid for 30 days. Refunds are only issued if the item is confirmed faulty.
KohKuri reserves the right to deny the return if the item(s) fail to meet our return policy requirements below, which is in keeping with Consumer Protection Act 1999 (Act 599)
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please use a trackable courier service and ensure the item is shipped within 5 days after approval. KohKuri is not responsible for parcels lost in transit.
Sale and promotional items, accessories, intimate wear, and any items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
