Eligibility

Wholesale pricing is available to registered businesses only. We may require valid business information such as company name, registration details, contact person, and delivery address for verification purposes.

Orders & Pricing

• Wholesale prices are different from retail prices and are not publicly displayed.

• Minimum order quantities (MOQ) may apply and will be communicated upon approval.

• Prices, product availability, and MOQs are subject to change without prior notice.

Payment

Wholesale orders require full payment before processing, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods include Bank Transfer, Touch ’n Go (TNG) eWallet, and Maybank QRPay.

Use of Products & Branding

Wholesale partners may sell KohKuri products under their own retail channels.
However, KohKuri branding, images, and content may not be altered or misrepresented without prior written consent.

Termination

KohKuri reserves the right to suspend or terminate wholesale access at any time if there is a breach of terms, misuse of products, or brand misrepresentation.
